BILLINGS BREECH LOADING SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. 28-1/4” bbl, including the choke ring at the muzzle. Marked “C.E. BILLINGS / PATENT. NOV. 2-1873” on top of the breechblock. CONDITION: Rust/brown patina overall with scant traces of nickel-plating at the tip of the upper tang. Wood has been repaired and cleaned and shows fresh handling marks.
