LOT OF TWO PERCUSSION HAND GUNS. (1) Unmarked saw handle percussion pistol. Cal. 52. NSN. Unusual pistol with 5-3/4″ oct bbl with captive rammer under the bottom. It has a side-mounted hammer on rounded frame with short saw-handle projection out over the grip. It has 2-pc walnut grips with German silver escutcheons. CONDITION: Fair to good. Engraving worn almost smooth. Dark brown patina with moderate pitting. Grip has a chipped toe, otherwise fine. Good mechanics. (2) Blunt & Syms type pepperbox. Cal. 38. SN 7. Larger size pistol with 5-1/2″ fluted 6-shot bbl cluster, engraved rounded receiver with ring trigger and bag shaped 2-pc walnut grips. CONDITION: Fair to good. Silver/brown patina overall with scattered moderate pitting. Engraving on receiver is worn, left grip is cracked, and mechanics need attention. 4-53960 4-53961 JR450 (400-700)
