THOMAS BIRCH (American, 1779-1851) NEW ENGLAND LANDSCAPE. Oil on canvas mounted on cardboard scene shows two New England type houses near a body of water having lily pads. Several tall trees surround houses. Signed “T Birch” with a conjoined capitol T and capitol B. Housed in a replacement gilt molded wood frame. SIZE: 12” x 22”.
