TWO LOETZ OIL SPOT PLATES. Very nice Loetz plates have scalloped rims and rich blue iridescence on the interiors. Backside of plates have nice bright blue iridescent oil spot decoration. The authentic period Loetz plates carry Loetz Austria signatures that were added at a later time. SIZE: 8 in. dia and 12 in. dia. CONDITION: Some minor scratches to interior of plates, otherwise very good to excellent. Collection of Dr. C. & Margaret Chastain 5-61458 (300-500)
