AMERICAN FLYER STANDARD GAUGE PRESIDENT’S SPECIAL LOCOMOTIVE #4687 WITH THREE PASSENGER CARS. This is one of the nicer standard gauge passenger sets in purple blue with orange trim and nickel highlights with drumhead sign stating “President’s Special”. Includes West Point car, Observation car lettered “Annapolis”, four-door baggage American Flyer Limited lettered on side, “United States Mail Railway Post Office” in blue litho with painted roofs. CONDITION: Loco has good pick ups. Minor wear on truck base. One or two minor chips on frame and near excellent paint. Cars have minor surface rust on wheels. Litho is very good plus with scattered minor scratches. EC 1-6452 (3,500-5,500)
