BEAUTIFUL BROWNING BROS. CARTRIDGE/MONEY BELT. Fine early, russet brown, pebble grain, leather belt, 33″ long x 2-3/8″ wide, 1-pc, folded with sewn bottom edge. It has sewn & stapled billets with rectangular nickeled iron buckle & thirty-four 44/45 caliber sewn-on loops. Buckle billet has cartouche “BROWNING / BROS. / OGDEN, UTAH”. CONDITION: Very fine. Belt is soft & supple with some dryness & finish loss on folded edge & four or five broken stitches on sewn edge. Buckle is mostly a dark brown patina & tongue end is dry & crackled, in need of treatment. Overall lightly soiled. 4-57615 JR568 (2,500-4,000)
