LOUIS ICART (French, 1888-1950) THE SILK ROBE. Colored drypoint engraving shows a young woman with blond hair semi-nude lying on a bear-skin rug draped with peacock feather decorated black silk robe. Signed lower right, upper left above printed area, “Copyright 1926 by Les Graveurs 194 rue de Rivoli-Paris”. Housed in an old gesso decorated gilt frame with white matte having a black line highlight. SIZE: Sight: CONDITION: No tears can be seen, toned, otherwise very good.
