REUTHE PATENT TRAP PISTOL. NSN. 30 Cal. 4-1/4” oct cast-iron bbls. Marked “F. REUTHE’S / PATENT / MAY 12 1857” on the bottom of the bbls. The bbls, action and grip are all cast in one piece. The trap portion has hooks that extend 4” from the front of the frame. CONDITION: Smooth brown patina with moderate surface rust and pitting. Mechanically needs cleaning. Wm.
