LIONEL STEAM PASSENGER SET.

LIONEL STEAM PASSENGER SET. Includes #385E locomotive with matching tender. Also includes #1767 four door baggage car; #1766 coach and #1768 observation. Locomotive is dark gray with copper and brass trim (some drivers need to be replaced); the steam chest has been replaced and is painted black; the boiler is very dirty but should clean up; a few chips and scratches but otherwise the frame is nice and straight. The tender is dark gray with some minor surface rust on wheels and axels. These passenger cars are Ives transition cars with terracotta sides and dark maroon roofs. CONDITION: #1767 has a slight discoloration on the bottom due to rust under the paint. Coach #1766 has some flaking on the coupler pocket with coupler missing; otherwise paint is very bright and sharp. It is missing three hand rails. #1768 observation car has the name plate on one side, slightly faded. Overall the condition of the cars is good to very good with small chips and scratches.
