LOT OF TWO PINFIRE REVOLVERS. (1) Belgian made. Cal. 7 mm. No visible serial number. 6-shot cylinder with 3-1/4″ oct to rnd bbl, missing front sight, with spurless hammer, folding trigger and 2-pc walnut grips. CONDITION: Fair. No orig finish remains being bright polished metal with moderate pitting on the frame, missing the ejector. Grips are fine with most of their orig varnish. Mechanics are fine. (2) Le Fauchaux. Cal. 11 mm. No visible serial number. Civil War era revolver of the type used by the Confederacy with 6-1/8″ oct to rnd bbl, pedestal front sight, fixed rear sight, with early Le Fauchaux markings with a Leroux patented dbl action trigger. It has large finger rest trigger guard and 2-pc walnut grips with iron butt cap with a lanyard ring. CONDITION: About fine. Retains 85-90% plum/blue finish with bright blue showing through the patina on the frame and cylinder. Left grip is missing a large chip and has a crack. Nicks, dings & scratches. Trigger return spring is broken and one screw is battered, otherwise mechanics are fine. 4-54250 4-54253 JR413 (500-750)
