ENAMELED & BRASS COMPOTE. Center of compote consists of enamel design of angles holding a dying woman in pastoral scene. Compote has two handles in the form of a winged maiden with enameled wings and decoration. Underside of bowl is enameled with trees, fields and castles while stem and base feature maidens in wooded scenes. SIZE: 8” w at the handles x 4-3/4” t. CONDITION: A chip and some cracking to the underside of the bowl, otherwise very good. 5-69333 (400-600)
