RARE EARLY FREUND & BROS. SLIM JIM HOLSTER. Made of heavy harness leather, 1-pc with sewn edge & Cheyenne plug with attached belt loop. It has beautiful incise decorations with a small brass plaque near top marked “FREUND & BROS.” with a 1-1/2″ sewn & riveted belt loop secured with three copper harness rivets. A Colt 1862 police with 6″ bbl fits perfectly. CONDITION: Fine. Dark oiled finish showing moderate to heavy soil with lightly crackled surface & two or three stitches open at top & two or three more near toe.
