BEAUTIFUL MERWIN & HULBERT SLIM JIM HOLSTER. Right hand, made of russet brown leather, 11-1/4″ long, for a long bbld, Army sized Merwin & Hulbert revolver, 1-pc folded & sewn with closed toe & trigger guard cup. Holster has full coverage decoration with heavy basket weave & fine border patterns which are completely around toe & back edges also. Orig belt loop was sewn & riveted & was made of very fine leather but apparently has broken & been repaired with a heavier strap secured with two harness rivets. Nearly identical to another Merwin & Hulbert holster being sold elsewhere in this auction. CONDITION: Fine. Overall retains 93-95% orig finish with some dryness around trigger guard cup & top front edge. Toe is lightly crackled with some finish loss on three sides.
