CASED COLT M1849 POCKET REVOLVER. SN 292777. Cal. 31, 5 oct bbl. Matching except lever, which has no number. In a standard Colt case containing an iron bullet mold, an eagle flask and an incorrect screwdriver/nipple wrench. CONDITION: 50% blue on the bbl. with numerous tiny dents and some vice marks around the wedge and top of bbl. 30% fading casehardening colors is protected spots on the side of the frame and traces of silver on the backstrap and trigger guard. Grips and action are fine. The case is very dirty with cracks on the bottom and repairs to the lid. The interior is very dirty with some wear, tears and oil stains. The bullet mold is moderately rusted and pitted. The screwdriver/nipple wrench is broken. The flask has a dark patina with some rust stains but still has blue on the spring. The lid of the cap tin is missing. 4-47808 FS11 (1,000-2,000)
