*LOT OF TWO COLT SAA REVOLVERS. (1) Cased NRA Centennial Model. Cal. 45 Colt. SN NRA1671. Blued finish, case hardened, smooth walnut gold NRA medallion grips, 5-1/2” bbl, fixed sights. Inscribed on left side of bbl “1871 NRA CENTENNIAL 1971”. Accompanied by a mahogany case with NRA medallion embedded in Lucite transparent block in lid. Also on lower right corner of lid is Colt logo medallion. Interior is fitted & lined with gold velveteen. CONDITION: Extremely fine. As new, appears to be unfired. Retains virtually all of its orig factory finish with two small wear spots & slight muzzle edge wear on bbl. Grips retain 96-98% orig varnish with a few flakes of varnish missing & having a chipped right toe. Mechanics are crisp, bright shiny bore. Case is fine. (2) Colt SAA. Cal. 45 Colt. SN SA19029. Nickel finish with replacement smooth walnut grips, 7-1/2” bbl, fixed sights. Accompanied by its orig 1-pc wood grain Styrofoam lined cardboard box. CONDITION: Fine. Very little orig finish remains, most of revolver polished bright. Grips are fine. Crisp mechanics, brilliant shiny bore. Box has tears & heavy wear, end flap is torn away but still present with three of the small flaps missing. 4-57969 ET76 (2,500-3,000)
