ROYAL WORCESTER DECORATED NAUTILUS SHELL. Circa 1887. Lavender back stamp and date mark for 1887 with an additional incised mark “X12”, additionally with name of retailer “Geo G. Shreve & Co. San Francisco”. The cream nautilus shell is surmounted by a lizard, supported by coral, surrounded by snails. Shell and foot are decorated with gilt. SIZE: 9″ h.
