MORGAN BENT PANEL TABLE LAMP. Rare and seldom found massive bent panel lamp attributed to John Morgan & Sons of New York, circa 1910. This eight lobed shade is reverse painted with a red floral and green foliage pattern on a yellow trellis all set on a white background. The exterior appears to be a textured clear glass. This is the only version of this lamp that we have ever seen by this maker. Shade is supported by its original base with hammered finish with two sockets and pull chains. SIZE: Shade is 23″ dia. Overall 24″ t. CONDITION: Overall good with solder work to aperture ring. One panel is separating from metal work at border. Base is very good with one replaced pull chain. 5-67656 (5,000-7,000)
