GOTHIC VICTORIAN CAST-IRON UMBRELLA STAND TOGETHER WITH A SIMILAR EXAMPLE. Late 19th/early 20th century. The first having a pediment cast with wolf’s and rabbit’s heads, the stand with bowed front cast with a hound hunting fowl on treed landscape, centering receptacle for umbrellas and canes, raised on a stepped molded plinth. The second, a 20th century example of demilune form cast with a hound and tree on leafy platform with fitted tray. SIZE: First: 33″ h. x 22″ w. x 10″ d. Second: 21″ h. x 17″ w. x 9″ d.
