GILT HORSE WEATHERVANE ATTRIBUTED TO F.W. FISKE “MOUNTAIN BOY”. Running horse weathervane has cast ears and gilt molded copper body. Comes with its original decorative iron and gilt letters and standard with wood balls and metal balls. PROVENANCE: We took this off the J. Hollis Wyman Estate home in Milbridge, Maine. SIZE: 30” l. CONDITION: Weathervane appears to have been touched up with a gold paint but the original gilt surface can be seen in parts. There is some splits at the juncture of the two parts, generally in very good condition: 9-29381 (3000-5000)
