CARLISLE AND FINCH BRASS ONE GAUGE INTER URBAN TROLLEY. This all-original trolley is extremely large and has a simulated controller at one end that actually controls trolley and steps at both ends of car. Side is embossed “Electric Railway”. Has brass wheels, cast trucks with original below floor motor. Both motor trucks and non-power trucks, which are mounted on wooden blocks that are attached to wooden base of car, swivel. SIZE: 19” l x 6-1/4” h x 4” w. CONDITION: Brass body looks to be without dents. Roof and sides are somewhat tarnished, otherwise brass is bright. Absolutely beautiful early American toy trolley.
