ASTON MODEL 1842 PERCUSSION MARTIAL PISTOL. NSN. .54 cal. 8-1/2” rnd bbl. Dated 1847 at the tail of the lockplate and top of the tang. “W.A.T” and “NWP” cartouches on the left counterplate. Various inspector marks on other pieces. CONDITION: Fine. Overall mostly bright finish with scattered specks of light pitting. Edges of the wood are sharp.
