*COLT MODEL 1911/US NAVY. SN 38477. Cal. 45. 5″ bbl. This pistol is in overall good condition and shows all orig. w/ the exception of a WWII colt replacement bbl, as it is marked “Colt 45 auto” on the bottom. Pistol is also equipped w/ a key-hole magazine. CONDITION: Pistol retains approx. 60-65% of the orig. finish w/ some fine pitting toward the front of the slide, but still shows better than the average navy that one would run across from this era. Wooden grips show moderately worn w/ flattening to the diamonds and no significant bruising or chipping. Magazine shows good w/ some slight corrosion present retaining nearly all of it’s finish. 4-33167 BK170 (2,000-3,000)
