SAPPHIRE & DIAMOND PENDANT. Stunning heart shaped 14kt white gold pendant is pavee set with a total weight of 2.59ct round cut blue sapphires with fine color and fine clarity. The bale has five small hearts each pavee set with three round cut diamonds, as well as the bale being pavee set with round cut diamonds. Total diamond weight is 0.28ct.
