GERMAN CHILD’S WASH BASIN WITH WICKER STAND. Circa 1900. The oval basin divided by a carrying handle and transfer decorated overall with children engaged in various activities. The underside stamped with a crown, shield and wreath mark above the words “MADE IN GERMANY”. Fitted in a two-tier wicker and rattan stand having a 3/4 gallery sides fitted with towel bars and a lower shelf joined by X-form supports. SIZE: Overall Ht 22″ L 23″ D 15″ CONDITION: Structurally very good. The stand with multiple coats of paint. 9-97685 (200-300)
