PARKER GRADE O DBL BBL HAMMER LIFTER SHOTGUN.

PARKER GRADE O DBL BBL HAMMER LIFTER SHOTGUN. Cal. 10 ga. SN 5982. Built on about a #2 frame with 30-3/16″ plain twist bbls, smooth rib, sgl bead with extractors. Receiver & lockplates have the maker’s name on each side. Wood is straight grain American walnut, uncheckered with splinter forearm with wedge and straight stock, 14-1/4″ over a serrated hard rubber buttplate that is probably an old replacement. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain about 90% blue/brown orig pattern with scattered light pitting. Receiver retains 75-80% faded case colors & the lockplates 95-97% strong, lightly faded case colors. Stock has a repair by the left lockplate and a fine hairline back of the top tang with a chipped toe on the buttplate and retains most of an old refinish. Mechanics are fine, shiny bores with heavy pitting. 5-60381 JR99 (1,250-1,750)
