PARKER GRADE 1 DAMASCUS DBL BBL HAMMER SHOTGUN. Cal. 10 ga. SN 33066. Built on a #3 frame with 32″ Damascus bbls, smooth rib, sgl bead, doll’s head extension & ejectors. Receiver, lockplates & hammers have fine dbl line border engraving and scattered light arabesque patterns and the maker’s name on each lockplate. Wood is nicely figured American walnut with checkered splinter forearm & rnd knob pistol grip stock, 14-1/4″ over a smooth steel buttplate. CONDITION: About very good to fine. Bbls retain 95-96% restored strong Damascus pattern with a minor nick or two & some light surface rust on the right bbl. All of the other metal & wood retain most of a fine professionally restored finish with only minor storage & handling marks. Turnbull case colors in 1996. Stock has a hairline below the right lockplate & some minor fill around the top tang. Opening lever is a little sticky at times, otherwise mechanics are fine, moderately pitted bore. 5-60390 JR108 (500-1,000)
