THREE FRAMED ORIENTAL WORKS. 1) Oriental watercolor of a white parrot on bamboo branch. Signed upper left with black characters and red chop mark. There is a translation attached to the reverse “Empty Tree Rest Shadow” “Pu Chin”. Housed in a silver bamboo style frame with dark matte. 2 & 3) Pair of needleworks, one of a dragon, the other with butterflies. Both against an orange background. Housed in gilt bamboo style frames. SIZE: Sight: 1) 13″ x 18″. 2 & 3) 20-1/2″ x 19-1/2″. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Joan B. Hanson, Fair Haven, N.J. CONDITION: Foxing and some light mold to one needlework. 9-95889 (75-125)
