The woodblock print book having both Chinese and English text with facing woodblock prints of warriors. The book is in accordion form with teak ends and having eight plates. The title “COMPLETE PICTURES OF THE EIGHT NOBEL STEEDS”. Circa early 1900’s. SIZE: 11-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Book 8″ x 6″. PROVENANCE: Estate of William Hoeschle of Belfast, Maine. CONDITION: Framed portraits very good. End boards warped but otherwise very good. 9-96555 (200-400)
