ADIRONDAK TWIG FORM HAT RACK. 1st quarter 20th century, probably New York. The stand fashioned from a straight branch, the hooks of shaped twigs, the whole wrapped in vine on X-form shaped supports mounted with a single oval tin drip pan. SIZE: 68-3/4″ h. x 18″ w. CONDITION: Retains original dark painted surfaces with gilt highlights. Missing several hooks and bentwood fitting for walking sticks and umbrellas. Otherwise good. 9-21761 (500-800)
