SCARCE PARKER P GRADE DAMASCUS DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 ga. SN 74576. Light, early, hammerless built on an “O” frame with 28″ twist steel bbls choked MOD/MOD with matted, concave, tapered rib, sgl bead, doll’s head extension, extractors & dbl triggers. Wood is nicely figured shell grain American walnut with checkered splinter forearm & pistol grip stock, 13-3/4″ over a dog’s head buttplate. Drop at the heel 3-1/4″, drop at the comb 1-3/4″. Weight: 5 lbs. 11.1 oz. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain about 95% orig brown twist pattern. Receiver retains traces of dark case colors in sheltered areas with the balance turned silver. Stock has a fine hairline & chip back of the top tang, otherwise the wood is sound showing moderate wear with usual handling & use nicks, dings & scratches and retains a medium patina.
