UNUSUAL AMERICAN EMPIRE CHEVELLE MIRROR. Second quarter 19th century. Tombstone molded frame with gilt surround centering a conforming mirror plate adjusting on a cast iron hexagonal column joined to a conforming base on a four legged angular platform stand raised on casters. The whole in dark brown or black paint. SIZE: 71” h x 29” w. CONDITION: Retains original backboards, hardware and mirror plate. Structurally overall very good.
