T. BAILEY (William Frederick Paskell, American, 1866-1951) ROCKY COASTAL SEASCAPE. Oil on canvas seascape shows waves crashing onto rocky inlet with sails in the distance under cloud and blue sky. Housed in a fine 19th Century wide gilt fancy gesso decorated frame. Signed lower right “T Bailey”. It is our belief that this is by William Paskell, one of the painters that used the pseudonym “T Bailey”. SIZE: 20″ x 24″. CONDITION: Relined, minor inpainting. Very good. 9-95190 (1,400-1,800)
