RARE PARKER A GRADE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 88352. Fences are also engraved to match with two raised ribs around the back circumference. Forend iron & buttplate are also engraved to match. The water table grade markings are both over-stamped. The “7” appears to be stamped over a “3” and the “A” over a “D”. Serial number appears to be authentic. There is an unmarked gold initial plate near the toe. Drop at the heel 3″, drop at the comb 1-3/4″. Weight: 6 lbs. 10.1 oz. CONDITION: Very fine plus. Overall retains virtually all of a fine professionally restored finish to both metal & wood. Case colors are Parker style, subtle & strong by Turnbull in 2002. Stock has some etching from exposure to heat on the left side, a hairline on the left side of the toe & a tiny chip back of the top tang, otherwise the wood is sound. Mechanics are crisp, bright shiny bores with scattered light pitting. 5-60391 JR112 (20,000-30,000)
