*RARE PARKER AHE GRADE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 203378. Built on a #3 frame with 32″ Acme steel bbls choked FULL/FULL with tapered matted rib, dbl ivory beads, doll’s head extension, ejectors & dbl triggers. It is mounted in very nicely figured French walnut with full checkered splinter forearm & pistol grip stock with fleur-de-lis checkered raised side panels, 15-1/8″ over a skeleton buttplate with checkered center. Grip cap has an unmarked gold inlay. Receiver & trigger guard are wonderfully engraved with full coverage consisting of five game scenes with two flying ducks on the left fence & two flying ducks on the right fence, two flying woodcock on the bottom & six pheasant in a field scene on the bottom. Trigger bow has four flying ducks. All surrounded by very fine floral & foliate arabesque patterns. Fences have one raised scallop. Opening lever, top tang, trigger guard, forend iron & buttplate are engraved to match. Drop at the heel 2-1/4”, drop at the comb 1-3/8”. Bore restrictions: left – .035, right – .030. Weight: 10 lbs 7.6 oz. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain about all of a very fine restored rust blue finish. Wood is sound and retains about all of a fine professionally restored finish.
