VICTORIAN THREADED PITCHER. Very unusual Victorian cranberry glass pitcher has body and neck completely covered with horizontal threading. As the pitcher is rotated in the light, the color changes from cranberry to yellow and the yellow shows a diamond quilted pattern. Pitcher rests on an applied clear glass base and is finished with an applied band of rigaree around the neck and an applied reeded clear glass handle. SIZE: 7-3/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good with some very minor loss to threading. 5-66624 (300-500)
