LARGE THREE-PIECE STERLING EMPIRE TEA SERVICE. Unmarked, but testing sterling. Each piece has a three-initial monogram “LMH” and “LM Meigs” at shoulder. Each piece with a round pedestal base, four bands of palm shaped decoration, scrolled handles with decorative finials. Set consists of an 11-1/2″ teapot; 8″ creamer; and 10″ covered sugar.
