* GRADE 1 SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN. Cal. 410. SN 1J386. Fine little Browning with 26-1/2″ vent rib bbls choked SKEET/SKEET with narrow matted rib, sgl bead, ejectors & gold-plated sgl selective trigger, 3″ chambers. Receiver has typical Grade 1 engraving consisting of light foliate arabesque patterns. It is mounted in nicely figured medium color walnut with rnd field forearm and long tang rnd knob stock, 14-1/4″ over a Browning black composition buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Bbls retain about 90% strong orig blue with some very deep pitting on both sides of the bbls near the muzzles. Receiver retains about 93-95% orig blue, turning dull & thin on the bottom, with one spot of some fine pitting on the top. Trigger retains most of its orig gold-plating with some bubbling. Wood is sound with the forearm retaining 95-97% strong orig varnish & the buttstock about 95% strong orig varnish with wear on the side panels & a few light nicks & scratches.
