*BROWNING PIGEON GRADE OVER/UNDER SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 50214. Early pigeon grade with 26-3/8″ bbls choked SKEET/SKEET with narrow vent rib & dbl ivory beads. Coin finished receiver is engraved with flying pigeons on both sides, surrounded by light arabesque patterns and signed on both sides “FUNKEN”. Bottom of the receiver is engraved with bouquets of flowers and the top of the receiver has deep relief oak leaves & acorns. It is fitted with very beautiful, light colored, streaky French walnut with rounded field forearm and long tang rnd knob stock, 14-3/8″ over a Decelerator pad. It has ejectors & gold-plated sngl trigger. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain 97-98% strong orig blue with three or four small scratches on the left side. Receiver & trigger guard retain most of their orig factory finish. Wood is sound with some slight oil staining around the receiver edges and light wear on the raised side panels & comb otherwise retains most of its orig factory finish.
