ROGER DEERING (American, 1904-) “GOAT ISLAND LIGHT, IN WINTER FROM LANGSFORD ROAD CAPE PORPOISE, MAINE”. Oil on canvas scene shows a lighthouse at point of land with cove and moored boats. Two small rowboats are seen on snow covered bank. Nice colors. Signed lower right. Housed in a good decorated wood frame with linen liner. Numbered “1570” on stretcher.
