INUIT SOAPSTONE CARVING BY SALAISIE TUKAI “BRINGING IN THE SEAL (GREEN STONE). Carved wall plaque shows an Eskimo pulling the head of a seal up through the ice in a nice variegated green stone. Signed, dated and numbered on back which corresponds to the government certificate No. 5-66646 1977 from the Inoucdjouac Community which accompanies carving. SIZE: 8″ h x 6-1/2″ w.
