*CASED PIOTTI MODEL BSEE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 6075. Fine boxlock dbl with 26-3/4″ bbls choked FULL/IMP-MOD with tapered matted rib, sgl bead, dbl lump with third bite, ejectors & sgl non-selective trigger. It is mounted with very nicely figured walnut with checkered semi-beavertail forearm & straight stock, 14-5/16″ over a checkered butt. It has a silver toeplate engraved “LL”. Receiver is nicely engraved with vignettes of flowers on each side and the bottom surrounded by very well executed fine foliate arabesque patterns. Fences have large flower blossoms. Accompanied by a fine tan leather green felt lined Italian trunk case with compartments for the bbls & the stocked receiver. Drop at the heel 2-1/16″, drop at the comb 1-3/16″. Bore restrictions: left – .020, right – .013. Weight: 6 lbs. 3.7 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain 98-99% glossy orig blue. Receiver retains virtually all of its fine coin finish & the trigger guard & lever all of their orig blue. Wood is sound with a nick or two on the stock, otherwise retains virtually all of its orig factory finish. Mechanics are crisp, brilliant shiny bores.
