RUSSIAN SILVER SQUARE TEA CADDY. The square bottle form having an interior silver mounted cork with ring and outer cover. The bottom marked with a Kokoshnik mark of “84” with head facing right. Oval mark “BTC” in Cyrillic for V.T. Sokolov, 1892-1908, Moscow. The stopper also hallmarked “BTC”. The square caddy having four engraved panels, three of flowers with decorative borders, the other a woman with a parasol standing with ornate border. WEIGHT: 12 tr. oz. SIZE: 5-3/4″ h x 3-1/2″ sq. CONDITION: Area below woman on bottom edge with small dents, two other small dent, otherwise very good. 9-22600 (1,800-2,400)
