FRAMED OIL ON CANVAS COVER ART PAINTING. Fine sport painting with 23-1/2″ high x 18″ image size of a leaping large mouth bass having thrown the plug, with two men in a canoe with woods in the background. Signed in the bottom left corner by famous American artist, “W. Goadley Lawrence”. Back side of the canvas has a small tag attached that states that this painting was an orig illustration for the cover of Hunting & Fishing magazine in the 1940’s. Frame in deep limed oak. CONDITION: Painting is in excellent condition with the colors vivid & bright and a very sharp image. Frame is fine. 4-56972 JR745 (5,000-7,000)
