CAST IRON CAILLE “PURITAN” TRADE STIMULATOR. A fine early nickel plated trade stimulator that when coin is deposited and the handle activated, the three wheels spin and one would total the numbers and check the award card for the proper payout. A mirrored marquee allows the proprietor to observe the three wheels and thus pay the player his reward. Machine retains much of its original nickel plating however the paper on the wheels has darkened and is somewhat oil stained. SIZE: 8″ w x 9″ d x 11-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Lacking payout counter (small inset casting hole) and back door is an older sheet metal replacement. 1-8253 JL (2,000-3,000)
