*WINCHESTER LOW WALL SGL SHOT RIFLE. Cal. 22 LR. SN 94170. Standard grade rifle with 24-1/4″, #1 weight, oct to rnd bbl that appears to be orig length. It has a Lyman ivory bead front sight & semi-buckhorn rear sight. Wood is very nicely figured American walnut, uncheckered, with black insert semi-Schnable tipped forearm & straight stock with Winchester hard rubber buttplate. Entire rifle, including the wood, has a moderate to heavy coating of old dried oil or wax. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbl & receiver retain about 98% strong bright orig blue with minor nicks & scratches. Wood is sound with minor nicks & scratches and a couple of bruises on the forearm. Overall retains about all of its orig factory varnish. Lever, breechblock & hammer retain most of their orig case colors. Crisp mechanics, bright shiny bore.
