RARE WILL & FINCK BOWIE STYLE HUNTING KNIFE. 6-3/4” clip point blade with 3-1/4” sharpened false edge. Marked “circles / WILL & FINCK / S. F. CAL.” on the left ricasso. Made without a crossguard. The stag scales are fastened to the blade tang with three brass rivets. A leather strap is sewn around the hilt just below the pommel. The leather scabbard is made for a knife without a crossguard and has simple stamping on the front. CONDITION: Gray patina on the blade showing some forging marks. Hilt is fine. Scabbard has minor scuffs but is still solid. 4-58187 (10,000-12,000)
