IMPERIAL NIPPON COVERED SCENIC JAR. Second quarter 20th century. The hexagonal jar decorated overall with a wooded lake scene depicting a Native American in a canoe, the conforming lid decorated with reserves of birds in flight with a brown knobbed finial. The underside with Imperial Nippon blue mark. SIZE: H 5 1/2″ L 6 1/2″ W 5 1/2″ CONDITION: The bowl with vertical hairline along corner seam. The lid good overall. No other imperfections or restoration noted. 9-97561 (600-900)
