*WINCHESTER MODEL 95 TAKEDOWN RIFLE FROM THE COLLECTION OF TOM SELLECK. Cal. 30-06. SN 418089. Mr. Selleck has decided to thin down his collection by selling off some surplus and duplicate items. This rifle is surplus to his collection and has a 24″ tapered rnd bbl with pedestal front sight and orig flat top rear sight. It has very nicely figured, uncheckered, American walnut wood with black insert Schnable tipped forearm and straight stock with crescent buttplate. Accompanied by an 8×10 color photograph of Mr. Selleck in his character of Paul Cable from the movie, Last Stand at Saber River. CONDITION: Extremely fine, has been fired, but very little. Bbl retains 98-99% strong bright orig blue. Receiver retains 88-90% strong bright orig blue with a spot of flaking on the left side and fine flaking on the right side with a series of small chemical spots down the right side. Magazine box & lever retain about 95% strong, bright, orig blue while the buttplate is flaked to a light patina. Wood is sound with usual light handling & storage marks with a small bruise on the forearm and retains most of its strong bright orig factory varnish.
