REMINGTON MODEL 1875 SGL ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 44 WCF (44-40). SN 281. Usual configuration with 7-1/2″ bbl, pinched blade front sight, 2-pc walnut grips and a lanyard loop in the butt. Left grip is stamped “44” and the right grip has three old notches. CONDITION: Good to very good. Traces of orig finish remain in the very sheltered areas being mostly a cleaned light gray patina with some scattered very fine surface pitting. Hammer screw is battered. Grips are sound & show moderate to heavy wear. Mechanics are fine, strong bore with moderate pitting. 4-55147 JR367 (2,000-2,500)
