HILLIARD OVER-UNDER RIFLE SHOTGUN. Cal. 38/20 ga. 30-1/2” rnd bbls, marked “D.H. HILLIARD / CORNISH / N.H.” on the left breech of the bbl, “NO 1314” on the right and “Wm READ & SON / BOSTON” on the lockplates. Birdseye maple stock, all iron mounted. The ramrod is a replacement. CONDITION: Gray/brown patina mixed with spots of surface rust overall. Right hammer has two cracks in the bend area and the nose is chipped out. Wood has several cracks around the lockplate and iron patchbox. Mechanically good. 4-52611 FS34 (1,000-2,000)
